As part of the MALBA 25 seminar, Tomás Saraceno was joined by Natalia Flores, a key representative of the 11 communities of the Red Atacama (Atacama Network) in the province of Salta; environmental lawyer and human rights defender Alicia Chalabe, legal representative for the indigenous communities of the Salinas Grandes and Laguna de Guayatayoc basin; and Cesar Iván Arjona, a member of the Atacama Nation, educator, author, and researcher at the National University of Salta.
